So here we go. I was not even supposed to at this game. I went to Las Vegas to watch the game on that Saturday. I arrived at 5pm and before I checked in.. i stopped at the concierge desk and asked.. Ok what is available for the Superbowl.So to my surprise there was a single seat, 35yd line .35 rows back for $2700. I said ok lets do it. So I goot a flight at 615 the next morning and basically stayed up til 1am gambling… and won $1900 so I had a feeling good things were to come.
So I slept for like 90 min and got up ..got to the airport and chatted with some fellow Giant fans. I got to the Phoenix area about 815 and begged a cabbie to find me a place I can sleep for a few hours.. and we found a Motel 6 and I got to sleep for couple hours.
I finally made it to the stadium and it was very well organized.. easy security , easy entrance, plenty of things to do outside the arena. I made it to my seat and said HOLY SHIT this seat rocks. It was like sitting at home in front of a real big screen tv. IT was amazing. Well, the rest is all history, my Giants won one of the best Superbowls ever and I got to see right in front of me the greatest Superbowl play ever. I like to call it.. THE GETAWAY AND THE CATCH.
